How to resolve a dispute with a vendor that has just been banned

    I recently opened a dispute today with CandyXan, a buyer that accepted my order but never shipped it; his policy was to wait a week before opening a dispute. I attempted to contact him on multiple occasions, to no avail and noticed that he changed his status to "retired". I started a dispute with him today, but the admin banned him yesterday. How am I supposed to retrieve my btc from "limbo" (for lack of a better term), when we can no longer communicate - not that he ever responded to my messages in the first place. How do I go about resolving this issue?
